Some interesting questions to be asked about what should the rules be and why, and should electoral campaigns be treated differently under the law than ad campaigns for, say, shoes. And the obvious question that occurs to me based on the last line of the piece is, Is saying it has to be in the website privacy policy enough, given how little-read they are?
